Amendments to CFC regulations

On February 15, 2016 the Federal Law No. 32-ФЗ "On amendments to parts one and two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation” (concerning taxation of profits of controlled foreign companies and income of foreign organizations)” was published.

According to the documents, a large number of amendments is made to rules of taxation of profits of controlled foreign companies (CFC) and income of foreign organizations.
