Representation of interests of the largest Russian bank in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in disputes with individual borrowers concerning commission on credit accounts paid to the bank at the receipt of the credit.

In 2011-2012, lawyers of the Law Firm "YUST" represented the Client’s interests in 16 court cases considered by the Supreme Court of Russia.
The disputes dealt with the matter of legality of inclusion in credit agreements of the condition of commission payment for keeping of a credit account in consumer lending.
Said cases had wide repercussions, because affected the interests of a large portion of the country’s population.
As a result of consideration of the cases with the participation of employees of YUST, a stable court practice of consideration of such disputes was formed and reflected in the surveys of court practice drawn up by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
