Representation of the owner of non-residential premises in a dispute with the Government of Moscow

Specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" successfully represented the interests of the proprietor of the non-residential premises located in the center of Moscow in the course of a dispute with the Government of Moscow, which has repeatedly registered the city’s property title to the premises after their alienation, without due legal grounds, and has also illegally assigned the disputed premises for use by a third party.

In the course of the case consideration, the specialists of the Firm were able to prove that the city of Moscow had no property title to the contested premises, which served as a basis for adoption of the court act favorable for the principal.

Besides, the specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" also achieved eviction of the third party from the premises, who occupied those illegally.
