Reform of the Civil Code of Russia: objects of civil law

The Conference “Reform of the Civil Code of Russia: objects of civil law. Novelties of civil law concerning transactions and repoffices” organized by the editorial board of ezh-Yurist newspaper and the Academy of management and business administration will be held in Moscow on January 31 of 2014.

The Conference will consider in detail the new rules on transactions, the essential novelties of the legal status of immovable and movable items, as well as the initial practice of application of the changes.

The following persons will share with the participants of the event their expert views and their results of application of the new edition of the CCRF: Doctor-at-Law, Professor Lidia Mikheeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Council of the Research Center on private law under the President of Russia, member of the joint task group on changes to the CCRF; Doctor-at-Law Roman Cherlenyak, associate of the Law Firm "YUST"; Dmitry Zhubrin, Associate of the Law Firm "YUST"; Dmitry Sokolov, Senior Associate of the Civil Law Department of CLIFF Law Company.
