Accounting conference of Moscow Region attorneys

On 17 March 2006, attorneys I.V. Kondrashov and A.M. Kotova-Smolenskaya represented the Bar Association of the Moscow Region “Law firm “YUST” at the duly scheduled accounting conference of Moscow Region attorneys, an annual event held in accordance with p.1 art. 30 of the Federal Law “On advocate activity and advocacy in the Russian Federation.”

The Conference, being the highest body of the Chamber of Advocates, adopted the following resolutions:

- affirmation of the report on the activity of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of the Moscow Region for 2005;

- affirmation of the report of the audit committee of the Chamber of Advocates of the Moscow Region on the results of the audit of the financial-economic activity of the Chamber for the reporting period;

- regarding changes to the Charter of the Chamber of Advocates of the Moscow Region;

- regarding affirmation of the report on the execution of the estimate of the Chamber of Advocates of the Moscow Region for 2005 and the draft estimate of expenditure for general purposes of the Chamber for 2006;

- on the election of members of the Audit Committee of the Chamber of Advocates.

At the closing of the conference, a number of attorneys received valuable awards upon the decision of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates for successful execution of tasks set by the Chamber and agreements with principals.
