To triple - from 30 thousand to 100 thousand rubles - the cost of property that the debtor has the right to sell independently to pay off debts, suggests the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). For the implementation of more expensive property, or if the debtor does not agree with its stated cost, the territorial departments of the Federal Property Management Agency and the specialized organizations involved are responsible. In this case, the main way to sell the arrested property should be public electronic auction. This was stated by the head of the service Dmitriy Aristov, speaking at the board on the results of the work of the FSSP for 2017. In his opinion, such measures will help reduce corruption risks. The idea has already been supported in the Rosimushchestvo.

The partner of “YUST” Law firm Alexander Evdokimov has commented to the “Izvestiya” newspaper on the offer of FSSP: "Increase from 30 thousand up to 100 thousand cost of the arrested property which the citizen will have the right to sell independently to satisfy debts, will allow to finish executive production quicker. It also will give to the debtor the chance to sell expensive property at that price which he considers fair. As for the electronic auction, the expert has reminded that now they take place both in usual, and in an electronic form. Introduction of the procedure of the electronic auction as the main way of sale of property can promote acceleration of the procedure of his realization, cut expenses on her carrying out and also make this procedure is more transparent".
