On 28 March 2005, the Intellectual Property Department of the “YUST” law firm was joined by a new specialist in the field, A.A. Sulimov

A.A. Sulimov graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy and was earlier employed by LLC “Nezavisimoye patentnoye agentstvo” [Independent Patent Agency] , and also by the Department for the Protection of Intellectual Property of the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. A.A. Sulimov’s professional activity is connected with the protection and defense of intellectual property both in the courts and in administrative order, including representation of economic subjects in courts on claims related to the protection of intellectual property, participation in the proceedings of the Chamber of Patent Disputes of Rospatent in consideration of objections against the rendering of legal defense for trademarks and other objects of industrial property, the formulation of applications for trademarks and monitoring their consideration by the patent body. Moreover, A.A. Sulimov is fluent in English and has a translator’s diploma.
