The Law Firm "YUST" at the V Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum
Representatives of the Law Firm "YUST" will speak at the V Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF) on May 27 to 29.
The SPILF will be held for the fifth time, in the historical center of Saint Petersburg – in the “Eastern wing of the General Staff” of the State Hermitage located at the Palace Square, from May 26 till May 30. The International Advocates’ Conference, on the subject “Improving the independence of the judicial system and the competition principle – the Bar’s point of view”, which will be held on May 28, will for the first time be one of the main events of the SPILF. The Conference will be chaired by Yury Pilipenko, President of the FCA of Russia, Senior Partner of the Law Firm "YUST".
The other representatives of the Law Firm "YUST" will speak during the round tables of the Forum on May 29.
Evgeny Zhilin, Managing Partner, will speak at the session “Practical matters of development of the Russian – Japanese investment projects”. The round table “Investments/Finances”.
Partner Anna Kotova-Smolenskaya will speak at the session “Regional development and investment climate: new legal solutions”. Her report will cover the most important nuances of the practice of public-private partnership for implementing infrastructural projects and territorial development. Min Lee Song, Adviser of the South Korean law firm Jipyong, which is in a strategic alliance with us, will deliver the report “On improving the investment attractiveness of the special territories of advanced development of the Russian Federation”. Our partner and colleague will share the experience on the example of the free economic zone of the Republic of Korea.
Advocate Vasily Raudin, Head of the Bankruptcy Group, will speak at the session “Protection of business in the course of bankruptcy”. The round table “Court and arbitration practice”.
