Dmitry Zheleznov, Advocate of the Law Firm “YUST”, prepared an article for the information and analytical bulletin on real estate issues “RWAY”. The article deals with the legal study of certain provisions of Chapter V.1 of the Land Code of Russia.
The key provisions of the Federal Law No. 171-FZ “On amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” dated June 23 of 2014 entered into force just over six months ago. That normative legal act, inter alia, establishes the unified approach to provision of the land plots owned by the State and the municipalities.
