Advocates of Russia and Korea exploit new forms of cooperation

The Korean Bar Association and the Federal Chamber of Advocates held a joint seminar “Legal support to Korean investments”.
President of the FCA of Russia, Senior Partner of the Law Firm "YUST" Yury Pilipenko inaugurated the seminar. In his speech, he pointed out that the ties between the two corporations have been actively developing: a memorandum of cooperation and interaction between the FCA and the KBA was signed back in 2011. It was followed by a series of encounters both in Seoul and in Moscow, the practice of joint seminars was established.

The KBA President Chang-Woo Ha, who headed the Korean delegation, in his reciprocal speech, declared his conviction that those ties would keep developing. The seminar held at the FCA was a clear evidence of that.

KBA Vice-President of International Affairs Yung-Hee Yo and Vasily Rudomino, Senior Partner of the ALRUD Law Firm, spoke about the legal and tax details of investments in the Republic of Korea and in Russia. Yaroslav Kulik, Partner of the ART DE LEX Law Firm, Evgeny Zhilin and Alexander Bolomatov, Partners of the Law Firm "YUST", as well as Seung-Min Lee, Partner of the Jipyong Law Firm.

Interaction with the Korean colleagues has been turning more and more practical. Representatives of the Korean Bar Association together with the Partners of the Law Firm "YUST" will take part in the session of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on September 5, on the subject “Protection of rights of the foreign investors in the Far East”.
