Advocate’s monopoly: pro et contra (on radio air)

Senior Partner of the Law Firm "YUST" Yury Pilipenko took part in the air of the radio program Formula of Law on the Stolitsa FM radio station.

The anchor Sergey Gorbachev and the guests of the studio got together on the evening of April 23 to discuss the different viewpoints towards the “advocate’s monopoly”. The conversation dwelt on the matters, which are typical for the current stage of discussion of everything that is happening in the course of implementation of the Justice state program, and especially – the general concept and practical aspects of the future novelties connected to the growing role of the advocates and their associations (the Federal anf the regional chambers) in the court defense of citizens.
