Advocates and lawyers of the Law firm "YUST" participated in the seminar for Russian advocates and in the annual conference “Innovations and Trust” in Zurich (Switzerland)

An advocate at the Law firm "YUST" Alexander Petrov and lawyers of the Firm Marina Bilyk, Vasily Raudin and Ivan Shiyonok participated in the seminar for Russian advocates that was held within the framework of the Swiss-Russian Forum in the city of Zurich (Switzerland) from 21st to 24th of September of 2010.

The seminar dealt with problems of banking and tax law, arbitration, combating corruption, cross-border advocate co-operation between Russian and Swiss advocates. The seminar also included an introduction to the Swiss political system.

Highly qualified professors, advocates, lawyers, representatives of banks and statesmen from Switzerland delivered reports at the seminar.

Representatives of chambers of advocates, advocates and lawyers of leading Russian law firms and advocates’ societies spoke on the seminar from the Russian side.

The seminar presented a good opportunity for the advocates and lawyers of the Law firm “YUST” to expand their contacts with Swiss advocates, representatives of bank sector, investors for future use to the benefit of the Firm’s clients.
