Partner of the Law Firm "YUST" Alexander Bolomatov explained to RBC.ru that the Russian laws aim at publicity, and not at that public officials are unmercenaries: "There are duties to disclose information on the property and earnings of the wife and underage children. But the laws cannot prohibit close or distant relatives to conduct business. However, if any preferences are given to them, this will be a breach of the law".
