Alexander Petrov, Advocate of the Law Firm "YUST", commented for the Russia 24 TV channel on the conclusion of the expert’s study in the case involving a painting, which A.Koch attempted to take out of Russia last April.
The Investigation Department of the FSS has already initiated a criminal case on this. It concerns a painting by Isaac Brodsky, a Soviet artist.
