Application of foreign public law in international private law: comparative legal approach

Andrey Lisitsyn-Svetlanov, Academician, Senior Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", delivered a series of lectures on the subject “Application of foreign public law in international private law: comparative legal approach” at the Hague academy of International Law from July 30 till August 3 of 2012. He also held the seminar “Choosing the jurisdiction and the applicable law for the contracts in capital construction”.
