Artem Kukin and Arthur Rokhlin, Partners at the Law Firm "YUST", delivered reports at the conference “Juridical Forum of Russia”, organized by the <i>Vedomosti</i> newspaper

VII Annual Conference “Juridical Forum of Russia”, organized by the Vedomosti newspaper, was held on April 13-14, 2011 in the hotel “Marriott Royal Aurora” in Moscow.

The two-days forum was dedicated to the discussion of topical issues of the legal business development in Russia, of modernization of the Russian legal system, of the possibilities of forming case law in Russia, as well as of the matters of influence of law-making initiatives on business effectiveness in Russia. In the course of individual sessions’ activity, urgent problems of changing the anti-monopoly legislation, tax legislation, arbitration proceedings and certain other questions were considered.

Arthur Rokhlin, Partner at the Firm, delivered a report on the session “Case law in Russia. Evolution or revolution?”
