Business visit of the Law firm "YUST" representatives to France.

On 30 September 2008, Alexander BOLOMATOV, Associated Partner of the Law firm "YUST", and Agnès LALARDRIE, Counselor of the Law firm "YUST", took part in the evening organized by the law firm JOBARD, CHEMLA, ASSOCIES (Paris, France) dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the firm establishment. Clients of the law firm JOBARD, CHEMLA, ASSOCIES and members of the MULTILAW, the International Association of Independent Law Firms, were invited to the evening. The Law firm "YUST" participated in the evening as a member of the MULTILAW. The representatives of the firm "YUST" had the opportunity to meet with advocates of the French company, as well as with their clients.

On 3 October 2008, Agnès LALARDRIE, Counselor of the Law firm "YUST", met with Mr. Christian CHARRIERE BOURNAZEL, Chairman of the Paris Bar Association, and with Mr. Paul-Albert IWEINS, President of the French National Council of Bars. During the meeting the information on the Law firm "YUST" was presented to French advocates in the context of the cooperation of French and Russian bar associations.

The law firm HAMMONDS HAUSMANN (Paris, France) kindly invited Agnès LALARDRIE, Counselor of the Law firm "YUST", to get acquainted with activities, organization and functioning of the law firm Hammonds Hausmann in the period of 1-3 October 2008. Hammonds Hausmann is ranked No. 19 among the major European law firms (source: The Lawyer Euro 100). Lawyers of the company work in the civil law area, including corporate law, real estate transactions, intellectual property law, tax law, and social security law.

The visit of the Law firm "YUST" representatives to France was performed in the context of the expansion of the "YUST" international activities, and favored the establishment of new professional contacts with foreign colleagues, which undoubtedly will allow to provide the Firm clients with service in a wider geographical range.
