Dmitry Zheleznov, Associate of the Law Firm "YUST", published the book “Cadaster register on immovable property: Q&A”, co-authored with the leading Russian scientists in the sphere of land and environmental law.

The book contains explanations on the matters of preparation and carrying out of cadaster register of immovable property.

The authors consider the most common situations, which give rise to land disputes. The work gives a summarized analysis of the court and administrative practice, the positions of the highest judicial instances and explanations provided by Ministries and agencies.

Special attention was given to the matters of protection of individuals and legal entities in the sphere of cadaster register on newly formed and earlier registered land plots. The book is intended for a wide circle of readers: lawyers, public state and municipal servants in the sphere of land supervision (control), students and post-graduates of faculties of law, technology and agriculture, title holders of land plots, land surveyors and cadaster engineers.
