Experts of the CCI of Russia: the draft law on tax control over the banks needs improving

The upcoming corrections to the tax legislation and the changes that occurred in summer and are of the most significance for business were discussed in the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russia on September 24. The round table “New rules for tax control: business’s viewpoint” was an open session of the task force on managing tax risks of the Expert Tax Council of the CCI of Russia (head of the task force – chairman of the Board of Gradient Alpha ACG Pavel Gagarin). Representatives of the FTS of Russia, the Central Bank of Russia, and heads of tax, accounting and law department of largest companies took part in the discussion.

Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", represented the Firm at the event.
