Experts of the Law Firm "YUST" prepared materials for the World Bank rating
The Law Firm "YUST", invited by ABA, American Bar Association, participates in the expert evaluation of conditions of doing business in Russia. The final information, after the raw data has been processed by the World Bank specialists, will be presented in the annual report “Doing Business” by the World Bank, the rating of which is consulted by entrepreneurs, scientists, journalists and researchers from many countries.
The survey is dedicated to various aspects of legal regulation of operations of Russian ventures. Our experts have given their evaluations within the framework of various practices: Alexander Bolomatov, Igor Kostennikov, Alexander Rudyakov, Maxim Mezentsev, Alexander Ksenofontov, Vasily Raudin, Ekaterina Motyvan, Mikhail Chugunov, Ekaterina Boldinova.
The Doing Business project was started in 2002. It includes 11 sets of indicators for 189 countries, and its results are published annually. Representatives of public authorities, scientists, practicing specialists act as experts for the project. The goal of Doing Business is to provide an impartial basis for understanding and improving the systems of normative legal regulation of entrepreneurship all over the world.Rankings and Partners
