Insolvency (bankruptcy): application of the law in the light of the latest explanations by the HCA of Russia

A master class by Vasily Raudin, Advocate of the Law Firm "YUST", was held in the Oleg Kutafin Moscow State University of Law on October 21 of 2013. The 4^th year students learned about the problems of application of the insolvency (bankruptcy) legislation in the light of the latest explanations by the HCA of Russia.
The expert and the participants discussed the following matters:

• Certain aspects of representation of interests of persons who participate in the insolvency (bankruptcy) cases;
• Latest trends of contestation of the debtors’ transactions according to Chapter III.1 of the Federal Law “On insolvency (bankruptcy)”;
• Breaches of rights of the banks as bankruptcy creditors;
• Problems of counteraction to the creditors affiliated with the debtors.

The master class format enabled its participants to ask Vasily Raudin the most acute questions concerning the practice of consideration of the respective disputes and to find out, what complications the lawyers face in the courts most often. The students thanked the expert warmly for an interesting speech and exhaustive answers.
