Licensing of child recreation organizations in Russia

Partner of YUST Law Firm Tatiana Starikova discussed the statement of head of the Russian consumer protection agency Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova on introduction of licensing for child recreation organizations in Russia with Kommersant FM radio station.

Tatiana Starikova sees no need in licensing, as a huge documentation package is already necessary to open a summer camp or organize child recreation.

"In my opinion, the corruption element, that used to have a situational nature but will be on the legislative level, cannot be excluded" -  Starikova mentioned.
