Mark Moiseevich Boguslavsky, founder of the Law Firm "YUST", turns 90

Mark Moiseevich Boguslavsky, founder of the Law Firm "YUST", turned 90 on June 8. The employees of the Law Firm "YUST" are proud to work at the company that was founded by the great lawyer, and cordially congratulate him to the round date.

Mark Moiseevich’s experience of legal practice exceeds 67 years. He is an honorary scientist of Russia and has published over 450 works in Russia and abroad. His articles and books have been translated in 19 different languages.

Mr. Boguslavsky is Doctor-at-Law, an arbitrator of the International Commercial Court of Arbitration under the CCI of Russia. Mark Moiseevich also used to be a member of the Board of the Soviet Culture Fund, a member of the Curatorium of the T.Asser Institute in The Hague (Netherlands).
