Official announcement of the Law Firm "YUST"

A significant number of organizations that use the word “yust” in their names have recently appeared. Some of those business entities specialize in legal services, for example – “Yust Law Center”, “Yust Pro” CJSC, “Yust Kva” CJSC et al.

We are forced to make it clear that all the above and other quasi-“yusts” have no relation whatsoever to the Law Firm "YUST", which was founded more than 20 years ago by Professor M.M.Boguslavsky, Academician of the RAS, Director of the Institute of State and Law, Professor A.G.Lisitsyn-Svetlanov, Chairman of the Committee on constitutional legislation and construction of the State of the State Duma of Russia V.N.Pligin and First Vice President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of Russia, Doctor-at-Law Y.S.Pilipenko.

In a sense, it is nice to know that the partners and the team of the Law Firm "YUST" have managed, during the 22 years, to establish a brand that the clients trust but that also draws some dishonest citizens, who attempt to use it as an advantage in competition in the sphere of qualified legal assistance.
