Private arbitration courts will be exempt from taxes

The Ministry of Justice suggests exempting the private arbitration courts from taxes and social contributions. This matter will be discussed today at the meeting of the Department of economy and finance of the Apparatus of the Government of Russia.
The same rules of tax calculation are applied to the private arbitration courts as to commercial organizations: the instance pays 20% of the income tax, its arbitrators – 13% of the income tax from their fees, says Alexander Bolomatov, Partner of the Law Firm "YUST".
