The FAS wants to fine an operator for the “Hunting Season” promotion

Dmitry Seregin, Adviser of the Law Firm “YUST”, told on the air of the Kommersant FM station what punishment may the “Hunting Season” promotion, held by the T2 Mobile operator, incur. The company suggested that its clients report the “dishonest” actions of other mobile phone service companies on the Internet, and bonus points were given to the clients for that. Dmitry Seregin explained: "The case is very complicated and unusual; the dispute may go on for a long time. The Administrative Offences Code establishes liability of up to 20 thousand roubles for officials, and 100 to 500 hundred roubles – for legal entities. Tele2 will pay the fine, and an order may also be issued depending on the qualification: the antimonopoly service may oblige the company to publish some kind of a refutation."
