The All-Russian Business Forum “Protection of Business Interests”

The Moscow section of “Bulwark of Russia” together with the “Professional Arena” company and with the support from the “Small business of Moscow” Agency of the Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship Department of the city of Moscow held on October 8 the All-Russian Business Forum “Protection of Business Interests”.

Representatives of the Executive took part in the event: the Ministry of economic development, the Ministry of finance of Russia, of the Bank of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the Ministry of the Interior, as well as tax attorneys and members of the business community. Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of the Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm "YUST", represented the Firm at the event.

The program of the event provided for a two-section conference “Tax protection of the business interests” and several round tables on such matters as government orders and other means of financial support of business, external commercial activity, cloud technologies and electronic circulation of documents etc.

Advocate Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of the Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Firm, told the participants about the problematic points of currency regulation and currency control as well as about the taxation of external commercial operations.

The following issues were among those discussed during the business forum:

• The conditions of getting a credit;
• What types of financial support for individual entrepreneurs exist;
• How to take part in a government order;
• What exporters and importers need to take into account in the course of their work;
• What legislative changes the taxpayers should expect soon;
• What practice of application of customs legislation by the Higher Court of Arbitration of Russia has formed during the last year etc.
