The amendments to the Civil code of the Russian Federation

In the Civil code amended on intellectual property. The changes affected many of the provisions in force in this field. Include, inter alia, a number of amendments related to management of exclusive rights to results of intellectual activity. So, simplified the procedure of registration of transfer of such rights to third parties. In addition, more detailed provisions on pledge of the exclusive right. The head of group on intellectual property Law firm «YUST», the lawyer Denis Shumskiy commented on these and other provisions take effect from 1 October 2014, to the TV channel Russia-24 and Russian Newspapers.
