The bank cleanings have reached the taxation sphere

While the cleaning of the banking market is underway, those banks, which have lost their licenses, now face new problems. The companies, whose accounts at the moment of cancellation of the licenses had been frozen by the FTS orders, practically lost their access to banking services. The law forbids the banks to open new accounts in different banks, if the tax service has blocked their accounts in other banks.

Maxim Rovinskiy, Head of the Tax Law Practice and Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", discussed on the air of the Zakon program on RBC TV the amendments to the Tax Code that are intended to solve the problem.
