The Far Eastern salmon will not reach Tokyo

The Federal Court of Arbitration of the Far Eastern District settled the dispute between the leading Russian and Japanese fish processing plants at the turn of April of 2013.

Yokohama Trading Corp. sued Tunaycha Company LLC, one of the largest fish industries of Russia, for millions.

The lawyers of the Law Firm "YUST" Yulia Karpova, Andrey Kornitskiy, Mikhail Chugunov elaborated the defense strategy and represented Tunaycha’s interests in three instances.
