The FTS has approved the new regulations for the operation of tax inspectorates

Ekaterina Boldinova, Senior Associate of the Law Firm "YUST", gave Rossiyskaya Gazeta a commentary concerning the new regulations for the operation of tax inspectorates approved by the Federal Tax Service (FTS).

The operation regulations are the rules valid for the entire Federation, which are to be followed by all tax officers. They govern the interaction of the specialists with other authorities as well as the direct work with the taxpayers – individuals and organizations. The new Order of the Federal Tax Service replaces the old one that was adopted 7 years ago.
