The Higher Spam of Arbitration

A source in the Higher Court of Arbitration told RBC that approximately a dozen of applications by citizens and company representatives have been received by the Court this year, where they complained about frauds misrepresenting themselves as the HCA members. Each of them received an e-mail about a supposedly initiated claim proceedings and a suggestion to follow a link to verify the information.

Alexander Bolomatov, Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", believes that court document forgery schemes are quite common. He says: “Judgments are forged, fake telephone calls “from the court” are made, false public officials call the courts and try to order judges around. The people, who do not know the notification procedure, may take that bait”.
