The Law Firm “YUST” has provided Transaction Legal Support for OOO “Sberbank Capital” to acquire oil assets.

The Law Firm “YUST” represented OOO “Sberbank Capital” in the acquisition transaction with respect to oil assets in the Russian Federation. “Urals Energy Public Company Limited” transferred to ООО “Sberbank Capital” one hundred per cent interest in ZAO “Dulisma”, and 35 per cent interest in ООО “Taas-Yuriakh-Neftegazodobycha” both licensed to explore and extract oil in Russia in exchange for the rights of claim on loan agreements.

Closing of the transaction was preceded by intensive and long lasting negotiations. The transaction was arranged under the Russian law. However, consultants on the foreign law (UK, Cyprus) had been repeatedly retained by the Law Firm “YUST” in course of preparing the transaction.
