The Law Firm "YUST" reaffirms its reputation of a leader

On December 4^th, the results of the annual study of the legal market, which is done by Pravo.RU together with “Vedomosti” newspaper and Ernst&Young were published. The Law Firm "YUST" is an acknowledged leader of a number of profile nominations. It has maintained its last-year achievement of the fifth place among the Moscow companies in the amount of profits and the number of employed lawyers.

The rating PRAVO-300 separates the law firms, which are leaders of the nominations, into two groups, each one consisting of 5 to 15 law firms, which are then listed alphabetically. Such international ratings as Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners employ similar methods.

This year, the organizers have for the first time drawn a general lawyers’ rating, according to which the Law Firm "YUST" falls within the first group. The researchers have noted the high level of education, scientific degrees and professional experience of the YUST specialists.

According to the results of the study, YUST has obtained the position in the first group in the following areas:

• Competition law (Partner in charge – Advocate Arthur Rokhlin);
• Arbitration process (Partner in charge – Advocate Arthur Rokhlin);
• Bankruptcy (Partner in charge – Advocate Artem Kukin);
• Tax law (Partner in charge – Advocate Alexey Popov), –

Also, in the year 2012, the accomplishments of YUST lawyers specializing in corporate and tax law and in litigation were noted by the makers of Best Lawyers and Legal Experts EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Asia) ratings. As per tradition, the achievements of the competition law group were appreciated by The Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2012, Global Competition Review international editions.
