The Law firm «YUST» took part in the conference on issues of investment activity in Luxembourg.

On 29 January 2009, at the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Embassy in the Russian Federation, the conference on «Financial tools and structures of Luxembourg» was held.

In the course of the conference topical issues of interest of businessmen dealing with the state, bank and business structures of Luxembourg were contemplated, including issues of company establishment and maintenance, taxation, financial accounting, real estate acquisition and so forth.

At the conference there were delivered reports by representatives of the state authorities, banks and consulting companies of Luxembourg – by Mr. Gaston STRONCK, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the Russian Federation, Mr. David HOFFMAN, Senior Vice-President and Head of Structurization of BGL SA Bank, Mrs. Christine LUSSIE, advocates of the law firm NAUTA DUTILH, and financial advisers of FORTIS INTERTRUST.
