The Practice of corporate and contractual law has been established within the Law Firm "YUST". Such was the decision taken by the Council of the Firm’s Partners. The Practice is headed by Roman Cherlenyak, graduate from Oleg Kutafin Moscow State academy of Law, Doctor-at-Law.

Partners Anna Kotova-Smolenskaya and Evgeny Zhilin are appointed the Practice’s curators. Marina Bilyk and Igor Kostennikov are the Deputy Heads of the Practice.

The Practise also enlists several leading specialists of the Firm: Dmitry Zhubrin, Maxim Mezentsev, Alexander Rusyakov, Erika Kindsvater, Natalia Gornostay, Elena Isaeva, Anna Ryabtseva, Vladislav Cherkasov, Maria Sovakova et al.

Managing Partner of the Law Firm "YUST" Evgeny Zhilin pointed out: “This decision is aimed at improving the Firm’s operation in the fields of corporate and contractual law. It also marks the professional accomplishments and progress of our colleagues in this area”. He also wished the colleagues many interesting projects and further professional development.
