Senior Associate of the Law Firm "YUST" Vladimir Starovoytov told Nezavisimaya Gazeta, whether there are problems with creation and operation of trade unions: "The current legislation contains flaws, which may cause difficulties concerning the execution of the labor law provisions by the employer. For example, a trade union cannot be made to give away information about its members, which may become a problem during downsizing or collective negotiations ".
