Give start to the competition of journalist works, Dedicated to the problems of justice and of protection of rights of organizations and people

“THE RIGHT TO KNOW”

Strategic partner – the Guild of Court Reporters

Journalists, reporters and news photographers, employed in mass media or working independently, are invited to take part in the competition. Materials of all genres are accepted (except interviews): items of news, articles, pamphlets, satirical articles, sketches, journalist’s investigations, reportages and photo reportages.

Prizes: cash award for the winner of a nomination – 20000 roubles.

“For personal contribution to the development of firm ties between the judicial community representatives and the mass media”.

Nominations of the competition

“A CONFLICT IN A BOX” – for the best analytical materials in the sphere of family, labour, inheritance, tax legal relations, antimonopoly practice, protection of intellectual property, coverage of precedents and collisions of civil and arbitration proceedings;
“PERSON AND POWER” – for the best analytical materials and journalist’s investigations of cases arising out of administrative offences;
“CRIME AS PUNISHMENT” – for the best analytical materials and journalist’s investigations of criminal offence cases;
“LABYRINTHS OF ETHICS” – for the best treatment of a moral and ethics relationship problem, connected with a lawyer’s professional activity;
“TO PROTECT A PERSON” – for the best coverage of problems in the area of respect of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and by the Convention on Human Rights and Basic Liberties;
“OBJECTIVE RIGHT” – for the best photo reportage (best photo shot);
“HUMOUR ME” – for the best satirical article, pamphlet, humoresque, essay, graphical image according to the competition’s subject.
