The specialists of the Firm took part in the session of the workgroup

Alexander Bolomatov, Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", and Ekaterina Motyvan, Senior Associate of the Firm, took part in the session of the workgroup on the elaboration of a model of modernization of property complexes of the federal state organizations of higher education.

The workgroup was created for the purpose of carrying out the instruction dated March 28 of 2014 of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The group includes Ekaterina Tolstikova, the Head of the group and Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kalachev, Deputy Director of the Department of managing the network of the subordinate organizations of the Ministry, and heads of education institutions and leading lawyers of the country.
