Triple nine of legal assistance: “YUST” celebrates its 20th anniversary

The Law Firm "YUST" was founded in 1992, and for 20 years has occupied leading positions in the Russian market of legal services.

Since the very moment of the Firm’s creation, practices of international private law, representation in courts, corporate law, intellectual property, criminal law defense, family law have been organized and acting successfully. Tax practice has been actively developing since 1994, bankruptcy (insolvency) practice – since 1997, antimonopoly group – since 2000, sports law group – since 2008, art business legal support group – since 2011.

In 2006 “YUST” opened offices in Kiev and Donetsk, two years later – in Novosibirsk.

Leading employees of the Firm have participated in drafting laws upon requests by the State Duma of the Russian Federation since 1995. Yury Pilipenko and Alexey Popov, Partners at the Firm, have regularly represented the Council of Federation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation since 1997.

In 2007, the Law Firm "YUST" was awarded the National Award in the business area “Company of the Year” in the “Business reputation” nomination.
