The owner of one of the PNK-Chekhov warehouses may go bankrupt

The owner of one of the PNK-Chekhov warehouses may go bankrupt Alfa Bank on April 7 filed with the Court of Arbitration of the Sverdlovsk Region a claim to rule Chekhov-4 LLC bankrupt. So it is said at the website of the Court. The company owns of the 50000 sq. m. warehouses in the PNK-Chekhov logistical complex, as two consultants and a person close to the project members told earlier. They said that RB Invest development group was the end beneficiary of the warehouse.

RB Invest was created in 2010 by Alexey Kurochkin, a shareholder of the Russian International Bank, and his partner Alexey Dediulya. Alfa Bank is the largest creditor of A.Kurochkin’s companies – Metromarket, Karnaval, PNK-Chekhov and Commercial Quarter in Domodedovo are all pledged to Alfa Bank.

Alexander Bolomatov, Partner of the Law Firm “YUST”, reminded the Vedomosti newspaper that if the borrower companies are ruled insolvent, their assets are to be sold in open auctions. He added that usually those creditors, to whom said assets were pledged, receive the larger portion of the funds raised with the sale.
