The Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city of Moscow published the list of the commercial objects, the commercial fee notifications for which were not filed with the tax authorities or were filed incorrectly.
Alexey Prokhorov, Senior Associate of the Tax and Customs Law Practice of the Law Firm “YUST”, reminded the Russian Business Newspaper that the failure to submit such notification is a serious breach: "Performing entrepreneurial activity of the kind, upon which a fee is charged, without sending the required notification is equalized to performing the activity without registration with the tax authority (clause 2 of Article 416 of the TCRF)".
