Legal due diligence of rights to intellectual property and support of the transaction of creation of a start-up project.

Within the framework of preparation of the transaction of creation of a start-up project, the specialists of the Firm conducted legal due diligence of the co-investor’s rights to over 20 intellectual activity results (inventions and know-how), gave written and oral consultations concerning the elimination of the discovered risks and drafted all necessary transaction documentation.

Afterwards, the Firm’s specialists rendered legal support to all stages of the transaction, including interaction with Rospatent in the course of state registration of the agreement on alienation of exclusive rights to the inventions as payment for the share of the charter capital of the project company.
