Legal Due Diligence of a group of companies that construct Olympic objects in Sochi

Within the framework of the project, legal and tax due diligence of a group of companies that construct Olympic objects in Sochi (sports objects and tourism industry objects) was done. Juridical peculiarities of the project involve application of the special legislation governing the matters of construction of Olympic objects and development of the city of Sochi. The specialists of the Law Firm "YUST" did much work, including complete legal due diligence of the companies. The project task group included specialists in the entire range of the branches of law: civil law, corporate and contractual law included, city construction and immovable property deals, competition law, banking and financial law, tax law, intellectual property law, environment law.
