The Justice of Peace of the city of Sochi by his Resolution and the Judge of the Krasnodar Region by his Determination declared the director of a subsidiary of a higher-education institution guilty of the administrative offence for non-fulfillment in time of a legal instruction of the State Labor Inspectorate and punished the director with disqualification for 2 years. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation accepted the supervision complaint prepared by the employees of the Law Firm "YUST" for consideration and repealed the Resolution and the Determination and replaced the administrative punishment of disqualification for 2 years with administrative fine of 2000 roubles.
