Important changes in Russian legislation 2014

In Moscow on January 30, 2014 was the event of the Committee on legal issues of Russian-German chamber of Commerce. The participants were heads of enterprises, representatives of Russian subsidiaries, financial Director, corporate lawyers, attorneys. Law firm “YUST” was represented by partner, head of tax and customs law Maxim rovinskiy and lawyer Erica Kindsfater.

In the course of the event the head of tax and customs law Maxim rovinskiy raised a number of questions:

• Federal laws of the Russian Federation on 29.12.2012 № 282-FZ of 02.11.2013 № 306-FZ;
• the scope of the new rules of taxation of Russian dividends;
• tax deduction with Russian dividend.

In the course of the event the Committee's experts will tell about the most significant changes in the legal regulation in various spheres: from the important structural reforms (the Union of the Supreme arbitration court of the RF and the Supreme court of the Russian Federation) to special rules, covering the top management of foreign companies in Russia (the introduction of special control over the transactions with the real estate with the participation of foreign citizens).
