Conference “Strategy of attracting clients in the legal market”

On April 26, the conference “Strategy of attracting clients in the legal market”, organized by Pravo.ru portal. took place in Marriott New Arbat Hotel. Heads of Russian and international law firms were invited to the event, they met to discuss the issue of interacting with clients and attracting new clients.
Managing partner of YUST Law Firm Evgeny Zhilin made a speech “Avoiding crisis in relations with clients”.He spoke in an optimistic manner, which is mainly explained with the fact he is, in his own words, used to the crisis: “Senior partners trusted me with management in 2014 when the company itself was not experiencing its best times”. The lawyer confessed that currently he sometimes has to work free of charge and provide a great amount of standard services on this basis. In his opinion, nowadays the requirements to representatives of their profession are higher - the specifics of knowledge is deepening, it is necessary to have good knowledge of economics and sometimes to act as a business consultant. Under Zhilin’s management, the firm paid special attention to development of the client base, a special department was created for this purpose.
