International Research and Practice Conference “Employment law, social service law and market economy: problems of interaction”

From June 30 to July 1 the International Research and Practice Conference "Employment law, social service law and market economy: problems of interaction" will take place in Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

As part of the conference, YUST Law Firm will hold a breakout session dedicated to current trends of law-making in the field of employment law.

Representatives of judicial power, supervision authorities, expert community and specialized mass media will take part in the breakout session. The participants are planning to discuss contemporary judicial practice on individual employment disputes, current issues of supervision and law enforcement practice of the state labor inspection, perspectives of a legislative reform concerning chief executives of organizations, and other issues.
