The jubilee XX International real estate show MIPIM is underway in Cannes. Partners of the Law Firm "YUST", Advocates Alexander Bolomatov and Tatiana Starikova took active part in the events held in the framework of the show.

During the first day of MIPIM, the Law Firm "YUST" together with RBC information holding held the round table “Real Estate in Russia – 2014: investment attraction strategies”.

According to the experts, the construction market of Moscow and the Moscow Region is responsible for over 80% of developer projects. In this connection, the experts discussed the key trends of the Russian realty market of 2013 – 2014, plans and strategies of development of the investment potential of Moscow, the Moscow Region and the whole Russia.

Alexander Bolomatov in his speech dwelt on the topical problems of many matters of PPP, of the investors’ rights within the framework of construction projects in the Russian Federation, and commented on the current legal situation of the realty market in Russia.

The problems of creation and operation of autonomous cities, the search for new resources and the improved efficiency of the resources that are already available for them was one of the most widely discussed subjects of the day two of MIPIM. The participants of the round tables shared their views on common and specific problems of investing in the realty markets of Russia, America, Europe and East.

The Partners of the Law Firm "YUST" Alexander Bolomatov and Tatiana Starikova successfully held several meetings and attended the presentation made by the Investments Committee of the Administration of Saint Petersburg and Uralvagonzavod partner company.

The advocates attended the panel discussion “Best investment practices of constituent territories of the Russian Federation” organized by the Ministry of Development of the Regions of Russia. They were also able to discuss the legal details of relations of business and the regional authorities with the members of the discussion “PPP – an operational mechanism of development of territories: the experience and potential of Saint Petersburg”.

The business program of the day two of the international show was superseded by an evening cocktail reception organized for the guests by the Law Firm "YUST" and the RBC information holding. Advocate Alexander Bolomatov, Partner of the Law Firm "YUST", Sergey Kuznetsov, chief architect of the city of Moscow, Leonid Kazinets, Chairman of the Board of Barclay addressed the gathered experts and participants of MIPIM with welcoming speeches.
