Seminar “Land legislation reform: new provisions in clarifications of developers and experts, law enforcement and judicial practice”

Head of Real Estate and Construction group Ekaterina Motyvan, deputy chairman of arbitration and litigation practice Mikhail Chugunov and attorney-at-law Dmitry Zheleznov participated as external experts in the practical seminar “Land legislation reform: new provisions in clarifications of developers and experts, law enforcement and judicial practice”, organized by the Institute for Development of Contemporary Education Technologies.
Lawyers of YUST Law Firm spoke about complex legal issues of withdrawal of land and easements (as exemplified by allocation of infrastructure facilities). In the seminar the experts demonstrated the practical realization of new provisions of civil and land law, set out current approaches of courts to settlement of disputes on withdrawal of land and easements, and gave some practical recommendations regarding participation in such court proceedings.
